There will be no broomball games on Super Bowl Sunday (as previously scheduled). We'll be making them up instead on Monday, Feb 2nd. The times will remain the same and are posted on the calendar.

As an advertisement for the upcoming Des Moines Winter Games, 12 players from our broomball league will be playing tonight during the first Iowa Chops intermission.

We currently only have 10 people signed up, so if you'd like to play, let us know asap!

If you don't want to play, come out to watch and have a couple drinks with us afterwards.

The 2009 Des Moines Broomball Tournament will be held April 17th-19th.

It's an A/B, C/D and co-rec tournament. The registration form is attached. Cost is $375 per team (3 game guarantee). Registration deadline is April 1st.

As I'm sure you noticed, the old broomball site was a bit dated, so here's something fresh and clean (mostly for Mandy's sake). I threw this site up in about an hour, so it's not very featureful yet. But definitely sign up and post comments about any features you'd like to see.
