As some of you have noticed the ice arena doesn't have a lot of helmets available this year. I talked to the manager and he is not sure he will be allowed to buy more. If you were thinking about buying your own helmet you may want to now. He is saying that for the next season the ice arena will probably not provide helmets and I should take the statement off the registration form that says they will. They will still provide sticks though.
He did tell me that the arena has a package of hockey gear they are selling to the hockey players. As part of that he also has hockey helmets for sale. He has a Bauer 3000 helmet with face mask they are selling for $37 or $38, I think. If anyone is interested you can talk to Todd Larson who is the new manager of the arena. If you let me know also I can ask him to have some there on Sunday night.
